In the past, INYO350 Action Teams are provided an opportunity to express your ideas, get to work, and create change in your community. Action teams met about once a month with an INYO350 Board member present to help facilitate. However, the aim was to empower every group member through a “bottoms up” process. Action groups worked independently, which provided the opportunity to focus on the issues and projects that matter most to the team. These teams had the resources of INYO350 and the global 350 network to support them.
